The thing is, when I try on a Large ,the helmet, is very slightly ,too loose,, but when I try on the Medium ,the helmet, is very snug (abit ,too, snug actually) and I end up getting a head ache after I leave it on for about 10 minutes.

9/1/2014, · The helmet should fit snugly so that if you shake your head from side to side there is very little (if any) movement. The helmet should move with your head. My helmet feels like it's not there after I've been riding for a few minutes. If you have to consciously shrug your shoulders to manipulate the helmet then it's definitely too loose.

You may simply be wearing the helmet in a wrong way. The thing is, it is possible that, even though the helmet is the right shape and the size, it can still sits too low on your head.
